Processing

All orders are processed in 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Any delays in shipping due to courier issues are outside of the control of Cocktail Candles. Please be aware there may be some delays around peak times (Christmas, etc) or due to extreme conditions (Covid, extreme weather, etc)

For all mainland UK orders shipping is automatically calculated based on total order weight:

Tiny Order	0 - 2.2lb (0-1kg)	£3.50	3-5 Business Days
Small Order	2.2lb - 4.4lb (1kg-2kg)	£5.00	3-5 Business Days
Medium Order	4.4lb - 11lb (2kg-5kg)	£6.50	3-5 Business Days
Large Order	11lb - 22lb (5kg-10kg)	£7.50	3-5 Business Days
Huge Order	22lb + (10kg+)	£12.00	3-5 Business Days

Local delivery may be accepted in extreme circumstances. please contact us via the contact page to request this.

At this time we do not offer in store pick up

How do i check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched for shipping, you will receive an email notification from us. please allow the above times for delivery to be completed. If you have not received your order after the estimated shipping time please contact us with your name and order number and we will investigate for you.
